This path does not submit anything online. Nothing is filed until TPWA staff receive your signed agreement and payment.

Option B

Apply online and pay by card

Complete the same agreement in your browser, upload a site plan, sign electronically and pay the tap fee by credit or debit card. The application is only filed after the card payment is approved.

  • Fee: $1,250.00 non-refundable new sewer tap / connection fee.
  • You will upload a site plan or sketch showing the proposed connection.
  • A convenience/service fee applies to online card payments.
  • You must verify your email address with a one-time code.

Paying the fee is not permission to connect. Under the Sewer Tap and User Agreement and Ordinance No. 2024-01, a new connection still requires TPWA approval and inspection. Do not make any private connection to a TPWA sanitary sewer line without prior approval of the TPWA Sewer System Operator, and do not cover or conceal the work until the required inspection is complete. Sewer service charges are billed through Rural Water District No. 4 of Oologah; unpaid sewer charges may result in discontinuation of water service.
