Permits & Applications
Building, zoning, sign, and related applications are picked up or filed at Town Hall. There is no online permit portal.
Come to Town Hall at 102 West Watova Street, Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., or call 918-553-5535 / [email protected]. Staff will tell you which application, if any, applies to your project. This page does not list fees — ask at Town Hall (the fee schedule is not posted online).
Building
Building permits are addressed in the Town code at § 153.02 Building Permits (Ch. 153, Building Codes; Construction). Applications are handled at Town Hall, not through a website form.
Zoning and land use
Zoning and land-use rules are in Code Chapter 152 (Zoning). The Planning & Zoning Commission meets at Town Hall. Appeals that go to the Board of Adjustment are posted with other meetings when the Town publishes them.
Applications — download the official PDF for cash/check at Town Hall, or apply online and pay the fee by card: Lot split ($50 without waiver / $75 with waiver) · Lot combination ($25). All fees are non-refundable.
Sewer tap (TPWA)
The Talala Public Works Authority maintains the sewer system. A new connection requires a signed Sewer Tap and User Agreement and the $1,250.00 non-refundable tap/connection fee. Apply online and pay by card, or download the official agreement (PDF) and pay cash or check at Town Hall. For a backup, odor, or line question see Report a problem.
Signs and other applications
Sign, subdivision, and business-license questions are answered at Town Hall. Related code chapters include zoning (Ch. 152), subdivision regulations (Ch. 151), and licensing (Ch. 110). Use the application the Clerk provides — this site does not host a separate permit form list.
Employment and festival vendor forms that are posted online are on Forms & Documents and Employment.
