How to clear an outstanding municipal warrant issued by the Town of Talala Municipal Court.

Do you have an outstanding municipal warrant?

If you believe you have a warrant issued by the Town of Talala Municipal Court, contact the Court Clerk — do not rely on third-party websites.

1. Go to the Municipal Courthouse at 102 W. Watova, Talala, OK 74080, any weekday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or call Town Hall.
2. Ask to speak with the Court Clerk, Janelle Emert.
3. Explain that you have a warrant you need to take care of, and either make payment or request to be added onto the next docket.
4. The Judge will determine if and how you can clear your warrant.

If you know where someone with a warrant is located, contact your local police department or law enforcement agency — not Town Hall or the Court Clerk. Do not call the Town of Talala about someone else’s warrant. Town staff can only help the person named on a Talala municipal warrant with clearing their own matter.
