Now open for rental — Talala’s Community Room is ready for your next meeting, birthday, reunion, or celebration — the gathering place that makes Talala stand out.
The room has 12-foot ceilings and a 32 × 48 open floor — enough space for dinner tables, dancing, or seating for a board meeting or presentation. A full kitchen is available for catering or home cooking. Four bathrooms serve guests of every age. A 10-foot projector and additional audio-visual equipment make it easy to host a meeting, share photos, or run a program without bringing your own gear.
Your rental includes the Community Room and the immediate outdoor area just outside (patio/entry opening onto Town Park). That included outdoor area is separate from the optional Extra designated area of the park ($50.00) exclusive-use add-on. It works well for birthdays, family gatherings, town meetings, and other community events.

A $200.00 cleaning deposit is due at booking and is refundable minus any cleaning or damage charges. Card payment is preferred; paying by card includes an extra convenience/service fee. Events must end by 11:30 p.m. for all-out by midnight; late all-out is $250/hour.
For a weekly or monthly series, see the recurring rental agreement — $33 per event Monday–Thursday. Security deposit is due one week before the first event; full rental cost is due two weeks after the first event.

Key policies
- All-out by midnight. Events should end by 11:30 p.m. Parties not all-out by midnight incur $250/hour.
- No alcohol or tobacco. Clean-air facility — smoking, e-cigarettes, tobacco, and alcohol are not permitted.
- Weapons prohibited on the property (including licensed carry), unless employed by the Town for security.
- Cleaning required — bathrooms, kitchen checklists, sweep/spot-mop floors, remove trash and belongings.
- No wall damage — no nails, tape, putty, or command strips; no live-flame candles.
- Deliveries same day; remove by midnight unless pickup by 9:00 a.m. next morning is arranged.
