Lot combination application

Combine two or more lots into one. Choose one of the two paths below: download the official Planning Commission application to bring or mail to Town Hall, or complete and pay for the application online.

Option A

Download the official PDF

Print the official Planning Commission application, fill it in, sign it in front of a notary, and bring or mail it to Town Hall with your cash or check payment.

  • Checks payable to Town of Talala.
  • Town Hall: 102 W. Watova, Talala OK 74080, Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Mail: P.O. Box 52, Talala, OK 74080.
  • Bring one paper copy of the proposal in plan form, and an electronic copy in PDF format if possible.

Option B

Apply online and pay by card

Complete the same application in your browser, upload the required documents, sign electronically and pay the fee by credit or debit card. The application is only filed after the card payment is approved.

  • Fee: $25.00. All fees are non-refundable.
  • You will upload a scaled survey / plan and a Warranty Deed showing both lots combined as one.
  • A convenience/service fee applies to online card payments.
  • You must verify your email address with a one-time code.

Filing deadline. Applications must be submitted a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the Planning Commission hearing. Regular meetings of the Town of Talala – Rogers County Talala Planning Commission are held on the second Tuesday of each month, called to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Talala Town Hall, 102 W. Watova, Talala, OK. All plans and surveys must be drawn to scale and noted on the plans. Documents larger than 8-1/2″ × 11″ must be folded to that size.
